Recruitment Procedures



1 - Receipt of Demand from Foreign Employer or Client

Foreign Employer will send us Demand Letter mentioning his requirement of manpower of single or multiple categories

2 - Devise a Recruitment Plan

Recruitment plan includes strategizing how to publicize the jobs (Newspaper Advertisement / Existing Databank / Associate Agents), criteria for initial candidate screening, what the interview process will look like, and who will conduct interviews, informing clients about interview dates, booking of Trade Centre and all other arrangement for interviews.

3 - Releasing Advertisement in Newspaper and Social Media

Releasing Ad in Newspaper and posting jobs in Social Media & websites like Facebook, Linkedin, etc.

4 - Sourcing of Candidates

Sourcing candidates from our existing Databanks through calling them and applications through advertisement in Newspaper and Social Media.

5 - Screening of applications and shortlisting

The review process begins with the hiring team who review the applications and eliminate any candidate who does not meet the minimum requirements for the position or the company more generally. Once a batch of qualified applications are assembled, the hiring staff review the remaining candidates and shortlist for interview.

6 - Interviews and Selection

Depending on the number and type of requirements, one or multiple place of Interview is scheduled in our Registered Office or Hotel or Trade Test Centre’s. Client takes interview of shortlisted candidates. After conducting interview Client provides the list of selected candidates to proceed for visa process.

7 - Medical

Selected candidates are briefed and send at GAMCA Centre for medical.

8 - Visa Process

Arrange all documents required for issuing Visa or Visa Stamping and submit Application in Embassy/ Consulate or Visa Centre’s for Visa Stamping.

9 - Emigration Process

After Visa Stamping, out Emigration process for ECR (Emigration Check Required) candidates by applying on emigrate website and get Emigration Clearance from Protector of Emigrants. Prior applying sending candidates to PDOT (Pre-Departure Orientation Training) Centre’s for their orientation.

10 - Deployment Process

After Emigration Clearance, proceed for their flight reservation and Sign Employment Contract and brief them about their documents and destination country. After that candidates will proceed for departure.
