The recruitment and selection is the basic and most important function of a human resources our organisation. The key stages of requirement process begins from receiving requisitions from our clients. With thorough understandings of their needs, sourcing and shortlisting is carried out. Search starts for candidate by various resource tools, such as database, web portal, news paper & magazines advertisements, digital banners & social media. Moreover, all the candidates are technically tested subject to their skills. candidates with the right skills for your business. We believe that finding the right skill is paramount for development and future success of us along with our clients and work towards business needs, vision and strategy.

Start

Requirement

Our recruitment process begins on receiving requisitions from our clients. We make sure to thoroughly understand their employment needs and cater to it.

Sourcing

We start with searching for the right candidate in our database and web portal. In addition to this, we also place recruitment advertisements in newspapers, magazines, digital banners, web portals, web sites and social media.

Shortlisting

A list of short listed candidates is prepared and presented to the clients. Prospective candidates are called for a basic test with our HR Department to know their skill set and overall Personality.

Interview

The short listed candidates are called for an interview specifying the requirements and details of the interview (date, _me, venue etc). accommodation pick & drop, interview venues for clients are made by us.

Selection

Arrangements for hotel accommodation pick & drop, interview venues for clients are made by us. In cases where the set of the candidates are to be tested, a trade test is conducted to access the same. skill set of the candidates are to be tested, a trade test is conducted to access the same.

Visa and Departure

Following is the process once the candidate is selected.

  • Schedule a pre-employment/departure medical examination at GAMCA Centre.
  • Arrange and obtain the visa for the candidates.
  • Send candidates to PDOT (Pre-Departure Orientation Training) Centre for their orientation.
  • Obtain Emigration Clearance from Protector of Emigrants.
  • Make travel reservations for the candidate.
  • Provide the recruits with the details of the flights and the documents required.
  • Signing of the employment contract.
  • Assist the recruit at the time of departure at the airport.
